This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the 5999 bet website and related services. "Platform" refers to the 5999 bet website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

3.3 OTP and Two-Factor Verification

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5.2 Weekly and Seasonal Bonuses

5999 bet offers various promotional offers to members from time to time, including weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, birthday rewards, and referral rewards. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period. It is mandatory to read the terms of each promotion separately.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, avoiding bonus wagering through low-risk bets, or trying to meet bonus conditions through artificial means — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has a specific validity period. Once the period expires, there will be no opportunity to claim the bonus or use any remaining balance from a previously received bonus. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled at expiry.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

5999 bet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly if it is believed the bet was placed based on a technical error, incorrect odds, or fraud. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the result of that bet may be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, separate rules apply for each type of sport and tournament. In the case of a cancelled or undecided result in cricket, football, or other sports, the bet amount will be refunded or the result determined in accordance with 5999 bet's own rules.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots Rules

For live casino games and slots, the specific rules of the game provider apply. In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, 5999 bet has arrangements for immediate support, though financial compensation may not apply in all cases.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Operating multiple accounts
• Transacting using another person's payment method or details
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Defrauding or causing harm to other members
• Behaving inappropriately towards 5999 bet staff

If evidence of such activity is found, 5999 bet reserves the right to close the account and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure by 5999 bet

If a breach of these terms is detected on any account, 5999 bet may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. A decision on whether to return or forfeit the deposited funds will be made based on the nature of the breach.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account if they wish. To do so, they must contact the support team. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure can be withdrawn beforehand. There is also the option to self-exclude or set limits under the Responsible Gaming policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transaction takes place for an extended period (generally 12 months), the account may be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. The member may be required to complete verification before becoming active again.
